None of our candles contain paraffin, parabens, silicone or animal products. They are non toxic and environmentally friendly.

How long will a candle burn for?

We want our candles to last as long as possible, however burn times will always vary due to a variety of factors, including maintenance, burning conditions and the length of each burn time.  We test burn every fragrance before it is released for sale so our burn times are based on our own stringent testing methods.  Our 470g candles are expected to burn for at least 96hrs according to our testing methods however it is important to note that this can vary due to many factors

Why is there soot on the inside of my jar?

This can be cause from burning for a long period of time or if your wick was not trimmed short enough.  The soot can be easily removed by wiping with a damp cloth
